Immigration and Residence Legalisation in Poland – Legal Services

We support foreign nationals and employers in matters related to legal stay and work in Poland. We handle cases from the initial eligibility assessment and choosing the right route, through document collection and organisation, to preparing applications and assisting throughout the administrative proceedings.

1) Legalisation of stay in Poland

We assist with obtaining and extending residence rights, in particular:

  • temporary residence permits (e.g., work, business activity, studies, family reunification),

  • permanent residence permits and EU long-term resident status,

  • extensions and follow-up matters related to residence documents, deadlines, and formal deficiencies,

  • preparing an evidence strategy (accommodation, income, health insurance, purpose of stay).

2) Legalisation of work for foreign nationals

We advise and prepare documentation for legal employment, including:

  • employer declarations on entrusting work (where applicable),

  • work permits (different types depending on the individual situation),

  • aligning residence and employment documentation to ensure consistency and reduce the risk of refusals.

3) Invitations, registration and practical residence-related formalities

We help with practical issues that often become bottlenecks in proceedings:

  • preparing supporting documents for residence purposes (e.g., statements, powers of attorney),

  • organising documentation regarding accommodation, address, health insurance,

  • handling foreign documents (sworn translations, legalisation/apostille, consistency of personal data).

4) Family matters and residence for family members

We handle cases related to the residence of:

  • spouses, children, and other family members,

  • family reunification and residence based on family ties,

  • “mixed” cross-border situations (different nationalities, documents from multiple countries).

5) Refusals, appeals and complex cases

If the case becomes problematic, we provide procedural support, including:

  • appeals against decisions and requests for re-examination,

  • responses to requests from the authority, supplements, explanations,

  • risk assessment (e.g., gaps in lawful stay, inconsistent documents, failure to meet statutory requirements)

How we work

  • Initial consultation and route selection (the safest and most efficient option).

  • Document checklist and guidance on obtaining missing records.

  • Preparation of the application and a well-structured evidentiary package.

  • Ongoing support during proceedings (requests for additional documents, supplements, correspondence).

Contact / Consultation: Schedule a consultation and we will advise which route makes sense in your situation and how to prepare documents to reduce the risk of refusal.
